At Snooks Candies, we have been producing the highest quality confections from scratch in our Historic Folsom factory and store on view to the public. Stop in and see candies being made and we are open 7 days a week.

Founder John Snook
It was 1966 and in addition to the original storefront at Arden Fair inside the Food Circus, John and Jeannine Snook set up shop at the California State Fair to sell their thinly stretched Peanut Brittle. He cooked it on site in the copper kettle.
