Pecan Roll
We start by making a chewy caramel cream center. Next we cook up our caramel, then dip the center in the hot caramel and roll in our fresh oven roasted pecans. Each finished pecan roll weighs almost 1/2 pound. Slice end enjoy.
Ingredients; Cane sugar, corn syrup, evaporated milk, fresh cream, dry roasted pecans, brown sugar, butter, salt, soy lecithin.
