Hand Cracked Butterscotch
We cook up our Butterscotch Candy to 300 degrees. Pour on to the Marble table and before it cools completely, we score it with a roller cutter. After it cools we hand crack it into small squares and tumble just a bit to give it the finished appearance.
Made with Cane sugar, corn syrup, butter, salt, and real vanilla.
