Peanut Brittle. Still made the way Dad did it. We hand stir raw peanuts into the copper kettle, so as they cook-they flavor the batch. We stretch it thin for easy eating. It does break up a bit in shipping due to it's thinness.
Ingredients; Spanish peanuts, cane sugar, brown sugar, corn syrup, butter, baking soda, salt.

My wife brought home Snooks Peanut Brittle after a visit to Folsom, CA with her good friend who lives In Sacramento! I must say it is some of the best Peanut Brittle I have ever had! It is thin and buttery with very fresh peanuts! Overall it is perfect! I wish shipping didn’t cost so much or I would be ordering this Peanut Brittle to be shipped back here to Indiana to have for the holidays! I know we will be visiting Snooks next time we visit our CA friends. There will be much more of this Peanut Brittle coming home with us in the future!
